MMS Maritime (India) Pvt. Ltd. (MMSI) was established in 2001 as part of the MMS Group from Japan to support tanker operations by employing high-quality senior Indian personnel and maintaining a dedicated pool of seafarers. It was the second maritime recruiting company in India launched with full Japanese capital. MMS has decades of experience dating back to the Meiji Shipping roots in Japan since 1974, offering comprehensive ship management, crew manning, technical support, training, and shipbuilding supervision services. The company operates globally with offices in Mumbai and New Delhi, growing from initially managing a handful of tank vessels to handling a diverse and modern fleet today.
