The company was registered with ROC Mumbai as per the statutory provisions of the Companies Act 1956, and amendments thereof.Aza Shipping Pvt. Ltd. operates Oil tankers from Mumbai under Indian Document of Compliance (DOC) involving operations, manning, and technical management.Aza shipping has recently acquired 3 new Document of Compliance (DOC) to manage ships flagged with Marshall Islands, Panama and Liberia. The vessel types approved for management are Oil tankers, Chemical tankers, and Bulk Carriers.We pledge to be diligent, proficient and mindful of the safety of cargo, environment and crew on board.AZA is a manager with an approach to tailor its services to meet the needs of the Client. We are committed to ensuring that management of the client’s assets will always be to the best of our team’s ability by using a transparent system.We obtained Document of Compliance (DOC) in 2016 with a scope for Oil Tankers and other Cargo Vessels. The Active DOC’s are maintained for the Indian flag and plans to expand this as required.We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of safety to its crew, vessels and the environment.
