Sanjay Prashar, it began with crew management for tankers and has expanded significantly over the years.VRM provides a full range of maritime solutions including crew recruitment, technical management, travel logistics, training and vessel support to ship owners and seafarers.The company operates multiple offices across India such as Mumbai (HQ), Delhi, Chennai, Kochi, Vizag, Odisha, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and more. VRM positions itself as the “bridge” between seafarers and ship owners, aiming for transparency, service excellence and stakeholder value.It has a large seafarer database and actively recruits for various vessel types including offshore, tankers, bulk carriers and more.
