By purchasing or using any of our paid services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Overview
SHIPLO provides digital subscription-based access to employers and shipping companies for viewing verified seafarer resumes and candidate data.
- Subscription plans for employers and recruiters are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
- All basic features for seafarers are free of charge.
No Refund Policy
Since SHIPLO offers digital access to our database immediately upon payment, all subscription purchases are final.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchase
- Partial use of subscription period
- Employer dissatisfaction with candidate responses or results
- Account suspension due to policy violation
Once a subscription is activated, you receive instant access to premium tools and candidate data, which cannot be “returned” therefore refunds cannot be issued.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- System error resulting in failure to provide access to paid features
- Unauthorized transaction not initiated by the account holder
To request a review, please email support@shiplo.in within 7 days of payment along with:
- Transaction ID
- Registered email
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment
Each case will be reviewed individually, and SHIPLO reserves the right to approve or deny any claim at its sole discretion.
Cancellation of Subscription
Users may cancel auto-renewal of their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not qualify for a refund of the current active period.
Changes to This Policy
SHIPLO reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
Continued use of SHIPLO services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
