TASCO is run by 8 approved institutes in Chennai region. Three publish fees, Rs 9,900 to Rs 11,000. Next batch 15 September at AMET City College. AMET City College also runs it with GASCO together for Rs 18,800, Rs 1,000 less than booking both separately.
Advanced Training for Oil Tanker Cargo Operations qualifies an officer to take immediate responsibility for cargo operations on an oil tanker. It covers loading, discharge and ballast planning, crude oil washing, inert gas systems, cargo calculations, and the management of emergencies including spill response.
Required for officers with cargo responsibility on oil tankers.
