Crowd Management, Passenger Safety and Safety Training is for crew on passenger ships, where an emergency means moving hundreds of people who do not know the ship. It covers mustering and evacuation procedures, communicating with passengers including those with mobility or language difficulties, and safety procedures specific to passenger vessels.
Required for crew serving on passenger ships and ferries.
No prerequisites beyond basic training.
