TASCO is run by 48 approved institutes. Ten publish fees, Rs 4,365 to Rs 12,825. Next batch 14 September at BP Marine Academy. AMET City College also runs it with GASCO together for Rs 18,800, Rs 1,000 less than booking both separately.
Advanced Training for Oil Tanker Cargo Operations qualifies an officer to take immediate responsibility for cargo operations on an oil tanker. It covers loading, discharge and ballast planning, crude oil washing, inert gas systems, cargo calculations, and the management of emergencies including spill response.
Required for officers with cargo responsibility on oil tankers.
